About Us

CRN was set up by experienced expatriates familiar with Africa and West Africa. The team combine an understanding of the trials, tribulations and joys of an expatriate lifestyle with detailed local knowledge.

Dan Sennett, Managing Director CRN; Dan was born into an expatriate family in Hong Kong and grew up experiencing the lifestyle of an expat from a young age. In turn, working for an investment bank, he became an expat himself, moving his family from the UK to Johannesburg, South Africa. Dan decided to set up CRN in response to the increasing focus on West Africa from the Worlds largest multinationals given his own experience and the local contacts he has in the region.

Deji Majekodunmi, Deputy MD CRN; Deji is a Nigerian and lives in Lagos. He was educated in the UK and understands the expatriate way of life, having travelled back and forth from school from a young age. Following stints in the UK and the US (as a Nigerian expat) Deji returned home in 1999 and has been living in the city ever since.

Barbara Long, Executive Director CRN; Barbara is married to Dan Sennett and thus has experience of moving a family around the World and in particular to Africa. A former Investment Banker with Goldman Sachs and UBS she understands the needs and wants of executive families and co-runs the account management department of CRN.

Teni Majekodunmi; Director CRN; Teni, wife of Deji Majekodunmi co-runs the account management department of CRN with Barbara. Teni, a lawyer by trade, has considerable experience with bringing up a young family in the challenging environment that is Lagos. As well as co-running the account management department Teni is the in-house legal expertise of CRN.
